I can change the character speed, but can I chang an animal speed through scripting ? (to slow down a wounded animal for instance ?)

Hi, it seems I can't create global variables anymore. I already created 3, but I can't anymore. I tryed game menu, through scripting, but nothing works... I can still delete them after creating them, while I can't delete the first one I created anymore. I must be missing a step...
