    Thanks for the reassurance :)

Just hoping that in this in-term period we can still keep ourselves active enough that players who invested so much into making scenarios and servers won't feel like their effort was in vain. I think we can do it as a community. The people who play this game are just fantastic.

    Hope you enjoy your Easter!

Reset assure RedEagle that anything you make, I will be at least one player who will check it out. Also don't let player count ever be a deterrent for creating Scenarios as it should only be done for enjoyment and not fame. Now I'm not saying anybody has done this yet but those who do it just for fame tend to make pretty bad, time wasting modifications/scenarios.

using the same logics in #8, you can use a time trigger to "move entity instantly" using relative- global or local.
this might take a bit of testing to figure out which axis to move it on and you will be able to use the time trigger (or other logic if you only want to move it once) to control how many times it is moved.

Try experimenting with move entity instantly using Relative-local co-ords, setting time between repeats as 0.1 seconds, move entity along an axis by 0.05 and set the number of repeats as 100.
This will help you figure out which axis moves it along which axis.

Combining this with rotate entity instantly will help you to change the direction it is moving.

I've already been messing around I just assumed you might want idea's for video request.

  3. I never play online. The wonderful thing about Ylands is the content, other than a social gameplay, is the same for Single Player as it is for Multiplayer. I have friends that also play everyday but they too keep it single player.

The decrease in community "online" players can not be judged based on a server. You must look at all aspects of communication. There are folks in Discord that don't use the forums and the same can be said for a lot of people who don't even know what Discord is or that Ylands even has it's Official, Unofficial Server.

Ylands will be fine. All games go through this stage of population decrease. They come and they go but I don't think it will get as bad as you might imagine.

  4. With the amount of useful information out there in regards to Video tutorials and guides, I have a simple minor forum change suggestion.

To help sort through some of the General Discussion, is it possible to make a Subforum for Tutorials and Guides so we're not having to search through General Discussion?

You should put this as a separate topic... so we can refer “those” people to it every time they post

(Where’s the ‘evil’ emoticon when you need it!)

    You can already do that.

  6. Not sure if you would accept request on Video Tutorials but I would like to have one done for;

    Video request 1

Activating one switch disables other switches but also that one switch has a function happen.
    [1][2][3][4]

Player pulls switch 3 disabling 1,2,4 but also spawns a Bear.

    Video request 2

Make a video of building a building that's round.

  7. First off, Thank you for the tutorials. Yours and P1Gamings tutorials are very helpful.

I am currently working on a project, I got the rooms done but what I want to know is if I have, lets say, 5 switches next to each other. All five do something different (I figured that part out already) but is there a way to add a logic or some way of disabling all the other switches once one is pulled

    So there are 5 switches
    [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

    Player pulls switch 3
Player interacts with what I have set for switch 3 but now switches 1,2,4 and 5 are disabled.

    Hope you understand.
