Vulture spawned Underwater

BUG : Vultures can spawn and rest underwater

VERSION : 0.8.0.47255

PLATFORM : Steam (Windows 10)

ISSUE : While traveling to an Arid Biome, I found one Vulture standing on the floor of the shallow water under the ocean surface. Every couple of seconds it would flap as though trying to take off but would not emerge from the water. All the other Vultures on the island that had spawned on the land were flying as normal.

You see the same with  seagulls ...and  sometimes   sharks  on   hillsides. . Very disconcerting  moving through a tropical forest  in the dark and  encountering a shark hiding  behind a tree!

I leave the seagulls alone. I kill the vultures. They steal meat, did you guys know that? I killed a hyena and had one swoop down and steal the meat haunch right in front of me. That was going to be dinner!
