CANT REPRODUCE [YLD-10736] Missing character after login

I had a character reset after I have logged in to my server today.

I restarted with a empty inventory, gear, skill tree. I was also laying in bed before logging off and that bed is gone. There's no tombstone and I could see the picture of my last save when I first logged in, now i'm a peasant once again  This didn't affect other players in my server and we had no rollback on our saves.

 

I will simply recraft/learn all of my missed progress, just wanted to report the issue has it appears that it was fixed in previous patches.
