I see a sticky for compositions, sharegames, dedicated servers. no sticky for game or scenario creation. Basically the same as compositions, the short version: open steam library yslands, right click properties, local files browse: This tells you where steam is located for the next step open workshop. your creations, browse for a file \steam\userdata\38650085\298610\remote\share\scenarios (or compositions) Then it asks for pictures you dont have so upload random image and publish.
