UNDER REVIEW [YLD-13465] [YLD-21120] Unable to login

When I start the game, I get to the loading screen, which for some reason loads up instantly. Then after some time I get this message :
FATAL LOGIN ERROR
UNABLE TO COMPLETE BACKEND REQUEST
I reinstalled it multiple times hoping it would fix, but no.
The previous versions worked for me but since 0.11 it doesn't.

I just got this same error this morning.

It's not the firewall.  I don't have one.

Using Steam to verify game files did nothing for me.

Restarting my computer did nothing.

I removed a few really old Explore saves, but I can't see that having anything to do with it.

Waiting a few minutes and trying again?  That is the only thing that worked for me.

 

AND When I finally was able to open the game again, I rejoined a local explore game.  My Ylander in that save is now immortal.

I should note that I have played for a while after I got it to work again.  (I took advantage of my invincibility to collect tons of Ylandium in the caves.  ? )

We were experiencing some problems with our network yesterday, that's what caused the issues most likely. Should be good now

I just got the same issue.

I do hope we soon find a fix since this is a (game killer) litteraly ?

We are working on a fix, but unfortunately a lot of people are off on Holidays already, so probably will be fixed in 1.1 early January.

I have the same problem with the fatal login error.

About four hours ago i stopped playing and tried to start the game back up but got that error.

Hope you guys find the problem!
