DEV ANSWER I got an error message

I bought Ylands from Steam. There is no current game support online.. When I start off the game, it says that an unknown error occured and that windows would let me know when a solution has occured. It says game client has stopped, and will notify me when a solution has been reached. I am asking for some advice on how to fix this. I did ask for a refund if I can't figure out what is going on. Please help!
