Unable to move after jumping bear trap

So I set up a bear trap, led the bear to it, and thought I'd play "Jack B. Nimble" and hop over it.  Bear got stuck, and apparently so did I once I landed.  I've tried all variations of the unstuck command and closing the game, to no avail.  It did move me, but I'm still rooted.  I think the game believes I'm stuck in the trap too.

Any ideas on how to get out?

Where are you playing? If on the P1 NA server, unstuck commands are disabled. //spawn sould help.

If you are not there, Maybe reboot your computer?

Playing locally as far as I know, solo exploration map.  If there's a way to tell what server I'm connected to, I'm not aware of the command.  The issue cropped up days ago, computer's been rebooted several times.  Unstuck commands work and move me around, but I'm still rooted.  Emotes don't work, and his legs won't move except for when I switch in and out of first-person POV.  Then they seem to reset and won't move again.
