Connection account in IOS application using 2 factor authentication

I am trying to connect my iOS Ylands application to the same account I use on my PC. 

After entering my age, and u/p I need to enter my 2 factor Authentication details. Sometimes this works and then I’ve got a screen telling me it is synchronizing, but it hangs. Other times the 2FA isn’t working.

So I am not able to connect the app to my account.
