Congrats to all winners!

Especially to @Spyler.X, @Christal and of course @Mello1223! I always like to see your creations.

Special shout out to @Spyler.X who participated even in the first ever Ylands building completion partly organized by me. Nice to see that you won something substantial this time! ?

@IEuphe don't be shocked. You made an awesome game!!! Lochford Horror is full of suspense and mystery. ...and to be honest I love the suspense and dialogue for the clues....plus the overall ambiance...dark and stormy ...it just fits perfectly within the game. I want to see more!

Most importantly, you had a storyline and narrative...something that isn't included in many games but it definitely adds a richness an depth to the game that is sometimes lacking in others. Mello won second place not just because he had some awesome creations, but because the game had puzzles and a story to tell. You won deservedly because you also had a story and puzzles, and some quests. You deserve the win. I am not shocked at all.

That's very kind of you to say spirit, Thank you.  I think i'm in shock because i'm a self doubter in everything i do but if people liked it so much then i'm going to have to learn to have more faith within myself.

I do have more game ideas but i lack the knowledge to execute them, so i'm going to have to buy something like "scripting for dummies" to expand my knowledge ?

You have no need for self doubt. You have an active imagination...and honestly that is all a person needs.

Feel free to ask any questions about scripting here or on Discord. There are lots of people (including me) that love to help.

Also, maybe you could watch Naru's Corners to get some new ideas. We also ask Naru lots of questions during his Twitch streams :)

@IEuphe what spirit said is really true. Lochford is much fun, and when Adam streamed it we had fun playing it from outside helping with clues.
You did a great job. So, shake off that pessimism and trust more on yourself ?
You have a good thing in your favour: you have ideas. And from ideas, things can be done. I have some scripting knowledge but I lack ideas and building experience. I mean, you are in a good path to learn scripting, because you know what you really want to do, so it's just a matter to focus on that. Trust me as I speak from personal experience, learning scripting without any ideas of what to make, makes it harder to learn because it's just throwing random stuff down.

and as Ocnog said, here and on discord there are some people who like to help. Just wave at me if you need anything ;)

Keep it up!

Lochford had a lot of great ideas. It had a storyline, ambiance...and you got a lot of support @IEuphe. Feel free to ask for you next installment. I'm just a builder, but there are several brilliant scriptors here as well that are more than willing to help

I will stress again you deserved your win
