Yes, but for some reason, I was able to login today... It was an odd encounter... Although thanks a lot for the response... I appreciate it :3

Steam usually updates every Tuesday. This happens quite often on Tuesdays. It's no big deal it just takes a bit of time waiting for Steam to do it's thing. If it continues to happen after several hours though I suggest clearing your download cache in steam settings and try running the game as an administrator. Most of the time though it clears up on it's own. @Kurochimaru
