My friends and I were playing on a world hosted by my computer, after about 6 hours of playing he starts to lag and gets disconnected, when he tries to reconnect he gets the message 'Host Unreachable'.
Any help/fixes welcome and i am also wondering about servers that can be hosted by a computer.
