/unban command does not work

[/unban command does not work]

I banned my friend by accident and when I try to use the /unban command, it says player not found. All the character in his username is correct.

I got the game fixed by deleting other saves, and it worked, I don't know why but here's the save.

So I was Ylands on my private server with some friends, then the game Lagged so much that I thought it crashed, so I task mangered and ended it. I try openning the save but its now stuck at 84%, how do I fix this?
