At this moment there is no way of running the dedicated server on Linux. The only option you have to do so is by running the dedicated server in a Windows VM. This is what I did. This doesn't work great as Ylands dedicated server is unstable and resource intensive even when running in optimal conditions. Combine that with the extra resources required for running Windows as a VM. It is a big stress on your server even if you have good hardware and lots of free resources.
