It was changed to any edible mushroom to make more sense in 2.0

We tweaked this several times (in 1.6 1.9 and lastly in 2.2) so it should no longer be a problem.

Issue was fixed in 1.8

Issue was caused by some weapons (bows crossbows) which could slightly change player collider and thus causing collisions with ships. Issue was partially fixed in 1.6 and completely fixed in 2.1.

Issue was caused by insufficient memory (4GB) and game was not able to handle that. With passing years game updated to newer version of unity engine and many new features were added thus we had to increase the memory minimum requirements. There were some memory leaks (most of them are fixed between 1.6 and 1.8). There is still one memory leak from this issue (when you travel between two islands repeatedly not every memory info about is cleared properly) but it was reduced significantly (right now you will add 100MB per 10 minutes if you are constantly moving between two ylands it was almost 800MB before). So to summarize there is still room for optimization, but mentioned issues are no longer that severe.

Area was lowered but this is expected behavior.

Should be fixed for a long time now. To clarify it can still happen if you have unfinished blueprint in proximity area (it is considered weld and preventing collision during building thus designed behavior). Finishing blueprint will fix it.

To clarify yes, you can do it on a ship which is not anchored. (ship is moving and to synchronize everything perfectly especially in MP would cost so much performance that game would be unplayable especially with big ships). Ships are now automatically anchored when player leaves them (since 2.1) so it should not be a security issue any longer.

Problem was that some encounters actually did not flag papers as unique and consider them as blank, should be fine since 2.0

Issue was fixed back in 1.5 (was caused by too big welds, safety measures are now in place in editor and will warn player about problematic welds which need to be made smaller).

This was not fixed and will never be fixed. To clarify decals would need to have another layer on objects which would need remodeling of all trees and would cost additional memory consumption.
