There was a limit of entities which could unity handled. Was fixed later on with using our own plugin to handle that.

Problem was caused by incorrect serialization of older maps (offset was absolute not relative). Technically it can still happen when some older map is loaded in current version but it should not happen to maps from recent years.

Issue was completely fixed in 1.4 with new anchoring system.

There were several causes for this issue, the whole simulation was overwhelmed and could not anchor player properly. Loop of problems then caused other effects. Some of these issues were fixed in 0.12, Some others with refactor of several systems in 1.0. but complete fix was present much later on in 2020 with updating of unity engine. Should be fine for several years now.

Issue can no longer be reproduced by naming yland with same name. (works fine for several years). Also players can no longer have same save file on different servers. Issue can be still reproduced by sending the save to several other players (which then host the game).This is impossible in main adventure mode but can technically be done in custom game/creative. Since sending saves directly is not supported this corner case was not and will not be fixed.

Original issue was fixed much later on (1.9) You can now choose pivot block -> the whole blueprint is in grid + you can free place whole blueprint to place it more exactly.

Caused by improper synchronization of UI on client side. Should be fixed for years now.

These issues were caused by desynchronization within MP simulation. Issues were mitigated but technically with so many runtime functions it can happened if server would be running for several days. To prevent it server is turned into sleeping state when no player is present for 2 minutes. Issue did not appear for several years now.
