My propeller remains overheated and I can't take it off. Pls help

I can't enter the game as it always prompts a dialog box saying "Fatal login error. Backend request error (502). Please help. Thank you!

[Unable to Establish Connection when invited by friend in exploration]

When I try to accept my friend's invitation to play in his exploration, I get "unable to establish connection" pop up even though my net is generally fast. How could I possibly fix that? Sometimes it just shows "establishing connection" for a very long time.
