The same thing happened when I purchased the game. Is it possible to fix?

I recently purchased YLANDS and was very disappointed when I discovered that when I press "Play" on steam, the game gives this error: 0Auth/Login:  Code:  -1  API Code:  Message:   Failed to receive data                                                   Is there any way to fix this bug, or is it permanently broken? If it is not fixed, I will have wasted my money.
