it'd be useful to have a smaller boat, the size of the 'boat' that is a component boat (mast is separate). room for a single engine would be nice too. also for 'boat' and a longboat, it would be nice to have a boat launch that will raise and lower a boat, to use for ship to shore. swimming to shore is not great. the boat crane would be one of these things : Mind you this is for a dock. For a ship they generally pull the boat all the way up, it's lashed in and then it folds...
