Movement over several servers

Hi there! Some servers (lightly modified and official) seem to have erratic and unresponsive movement, in my observation. On some of my most used servers, like Skyfall #1, the movement seems to be really clean and responsive. My character moves upon key press. Though I'm not sure if it's merely a modified form of the movement, its quality is so poor I cannot perform on public. Is this solely connected to ping, or is there a specific reason it feels so different? Thank you ahead of time!

If the ping is too high, it can indeed cause erratic movements. However, if the server has a low ping and the problem persists, then this is probably not the root cause.
