Help With Game Using Graphics Card

Hi there,

I bought Ylands yesterday and played it for a couple hours and it's a good game but I can't seem to be able to get it to use my high performance graphics card. It just uses my integrated graphics.

 

 

I don't know how to make it use the other graphics card. I've tried setting the application to "High Performance" with the AMD Radeon additional switchable graphics options to no avail.

 

If it will help at all here are screenshots of my Global graphics settings;

If anybody could help with this conundrum I would be very grateful. I would like to be able to play the game with a decent experience rather than constant frame drops/lag. I have looked online for a solution but haven't found any solution and I'm not sure if I want to disable the R5 Graphics through device manager as I am not sure if there will be negative consequences I won't know how to handle.
