i cannot open ylands

i open the ylands, then my pointer changed to loading pointer but never end. but when i left click, my background changed to black and when i click it again it changed to white and there's appear "ylands.exe is stopped working". but i already verify 6 times, uninstall 2 times but it does the same. i hope i can send a video

Can you upload log files? If there's error folder in same folder as the .exe, you can upload it too. Also DXDIAG print file would help too. Hope they can figure it out something soon after holiday..

yep, you're really right. They need latest output_log.txt and output_log_clean.txt after crash happen.

oh yeah a minute ago i was playing at my laptop, and it can running there

i was playing at my computer 2 days ago with my friends and it was running fine, but this day i was playing it and then i need to go outside and when i wanna play again it cannot

lol, I didn't say  "I don't understand what is that" 

oh well what I meant is this file output_log.txt and output_log_clean.txt you can find it in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Ylands\Ylands_Data. That files are constantly updated each time you play the game, so latest version after you get crash/bugs/'stopped working' could help developers to understand what cause it.
