But if U are able to detatch certain parts from certain ships that means u can reattatch them to a ship aswel right? how are u not able to continue building?

Well you can only place blocks within the bounds but u can select blocks after that and drag them outside the bounds of the ship

And ofcourse u can build a hull around ur ship base like I did on my last ship.

The preformance really is a problem, maybe when optimization improves I can continue decorating it but for now it crashes the game half the time when I open the save

Its already possible to rotate panels 45 degrees in the editor as you can see in the screenshot; so it shouldnt be that hard to inplement it with a user friendly mechanic in the real game. right?

My ships are generally entirely made out of stone and the sharks still manage to climb 5 stories high in them so in my experience, the building material has nothing to do with shark attacks

Hi guys, I was messing around with some tricks adrie showed me and this is one of the first projects following from that. the only concern I currently have with it is preformance becouse its so massive. the ship itself is almost done now, after that ill have to decorate the inside.... thats going to be some work to but atleast I think the sharks wont reach me in this steering hut

I have proce thats not the case i believe. as you can see the two sharks are located at the second sec on my ship and one is crawling the stairs to my hut

but whats the point of a pool without water
