Elven staff of rejuvenation works only in the region where I found it, then move to another region staff stop working and charged attack (hold LMB) not created heal bubble on the ground (Example of "bubble" on image). If I'm moving back in the region there found it, staff works fine output_log.txt output_log_clean.txt
