Bought the DLC to run on a dedicated server but can't find a way to set up the server for the DLC. Can anyone explain how to do that? TIA! -

Really detailed set of steps. Thank you. One question tho, is the 'server' that is being used a BI server? Or can it be a rented server from another game hosting company?
