Ok so I'm on Android... don't know if that matters but better safe than sorry. Ok so here's my problem, I have the Terraformer but I can't get it to work. I checked the wiki... but that was no help. I was trying to make cool rock formations for a world I'm creating. On a side note, the drill also refuses to work even after I power it up. It just says terrain modification is not allowed.
