With the installation files from my friend i have the same problem when i start the launcher nothing happens.

No, none of them i'll try it later with installation files from a friend.
I tried a few other things but nothing works.

I tried it with the new launcher but now the launcher wont start at all.
I hope my logfiles help to find the issue.
