Some of my friends can see others on the map, and some can not. Why is it happening? Where is the archive to see my friends in the map inside the folder? OBS: LOCAL SERVER

My friend joined straight in my local server, he couldnt change his appearence and his name, how to reset the char/create a new to solve this problem?
