Hi, i think that crafting some items is pretty easy actually in exploration mode for two reasons.
First one is because items crafting is instantely, cook some crabs or smelt iron take some time but craft a ship hull or a big furnace is instantely.
This don't match with the spirit of the game.
I suggest to add a variable time based on item size and complexity.
Talking about furnace, let me introduce the second little problem for me.

Hi, when i'm walking at night or exploring a cave, i've got a kind of green glowing around my character which appear on the ground,
personnaly, i think that is unrealistic and it makes torchs or other ligth sources pretty useless and that make dark places easy to cross.
Could you remove it for exploration mode ? Or develop the concept in another way, for exemple add possibility to set differents colors of glowing in minigames
or, allow them in editor...

For me priority are :
multiplayer servers
improved survival difficulty :
more life on evil creatures and more aggresivity by them
be starving (and thristy ?) more often and impact your sanity when you are (oh and please add vomit if you eat too much like dayz ^^ )
add more componements for craft tools and weapons (like bow, hatchet...) and for buildables like furnace because he need only few bascis materials
add more islands per map, more...
