i don't like to cheat so what i do is gather resources for a ship write down what i have then i exit the game and build the ship in the editor, the editor building is so much easier, i kinda think it might be the camera view in game that is the issue, tall structures are very hard also, so you kinda need to build a temp ladder system on the side while building to get a better view of what you are doing (then delete the ladder system in the editor).

and a 4 squared door would be nice because it makes your building uneven building the 3 square doors

would not be so bad if we could actually see in a list or something who is in our world so we can right click and kick them, we have commands to do it but you have to spell the persons name right, and if they are running about you might not catch it . but here is an idea to keep your stuff safe in the meantime build an underground valut with iron walls and double iron doors have a little hole on ground going to it and plant bushes/trees over the top, if you have a size 5 world i highly doubt someone will find it, if you do it pretty far out from the spawn

so i already started my edited map which i have sank 100's of hours into, can i still get this barrier?

well if you think stone takes long try removing an iron beam, the good thing with iron beams is you can make a stone building and line the inside with iron beams to make a good vault, double iron doors and the small stone squares, it will take someone hours and hours to get in.

So you can never be to careful on this game specially when hosting public games with the biggest map, however, to be safe i made a key chain about 10 keys i locked all my safes, and everything i have build base door ect, i was out far trying to uncover more of the map looking at my map while 6 wolfs jumped me i died, fair enough but now all my stuff is locked and i dont have my key chain, and i cant find my body, can we pleae get bound keychains so if you respawn that could be the only thing you keep, i think it is pretty important to have this addition to lock all your stuff up chests ect, but if you die you are screwed if you cant find your body.

oh yea i lose my map also, good to know that it is a bug, i was just thinking no point having keys if you can die and lose them all it would be counter productive, and then some randomer could stumble upon them

well i would but combination locks don't work on chests and safes, i need to know before i do it if i break my chests with the items inside if i can get the items back

you can store a position by right clicking but how do you see a list of saved positions?, i noticed you cant edit spawns or add any new ones once you edit a played game also or am i missing something?

yea i can confirm you can delete them, also if people try to rob your base dig a deep hole by your base entrance put barbed wire at the bottom a chest behind the hole(as bait) and plant a few ferns on top of hole , works a treat

is it possible to set objects hp to infinite and also mass select objects to set them to infinite hp, need this so the start area i make does not get broke up by trolls, 99k hp is nice but i cant seem to figure out how to set buildings hp to 99k hp (like all the bricks windows doors used in the structure at once instead of doing one brick at a time, and even then you still get people who will sit for half an hour to destroy your 99k hp bricks, oh and be careful where you place your spawn area, i actually started a map walked into the jungle and was killed by 12 leopard yes 12 i dunno if that is a bug but it seems a little to many, do predators respawn?

thanks for the reply, and yes they need to be added,making a massive structure and setting each block/item to 99k hp takes hours and hours and hours, and if the item is made out of wood it seems to do nothing a couple of axe swings breaks it even if 99k hp, well for now i guess double walled metal only spawn areas, and good to know that they breed, i had a feeling it was that or a bug since i have so many predators about, however i think you should limit the amount they breed i am not joking when i say 12 animals killed me, it seems a bit to much.

so i made my random map with editor the climate is tropical, does that mean i cant find any sulfur? are caves randomly generated on the editor maps? i am in a massive jungle currently, there is a kinda desert but no cactus, any idea if i can get sulfur?, i host online and need a locksmith table to lock my stuff up, people keep trying to rob my house, and i have spent 4 hours each day looking for sulfur everywhere on the surface and made a mine
