Glad you got it working.

Hi, when you try to add a new server, do you put in different values for local port and remote port? These two numbers have to be different. If you are, indeed, putting it in correctly, would you mind attaching your output logs from both game and server monitor, please? Thanks!

Server Monitor is not the only way to host a multiplayer game! You can run the game (without Server Monitor) and either hit Multiplayer -> Host, or - preferably - just jump into a singleplayer game, hit Esc -> Options -> Game -> Local Multiplayer Server: Enabled: All.

Hi, we currently do not support running both dedicated server and a playable instance of the game on the same computer, sorry!

Thanks for the logs, I'll let you know after we find out something.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with Ylands!
Could you please browse to C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\YlandsLauncher and send us YlandsLauncher.log and YlandsLauncher-previous.log?
If you can't see some of these folders (they are hidden by default), hitting WinKey + R and pasting in %appdata%\..\local\YlandsLauncher should do the trick. Thanks!

Hi Adrie! We'll take a look at it ASAP.

Hi. Sorry for the troubles! Launcher uses OpenGL, not DirectX. Also, this log is Qt's, the correct log is in local app data (%appdata%\..\Local\YlandsLauncher), files names YlandsLauncher.log and YLandsLauncher-previous.log. If you send us these logs, we'll be able to investigate your issue.

Is it possible that you set only YlandsLauncher.exe in CCC instead of Ylands_Game.exe to run on the dedicated GPU?
-
Launcher should download about 600 MB of data, so if we assume 300 kB/s speed, it should be downloaded in a little bit over half an hour. Does it take significantly longer?

Hi, it seems like the connection between you and our CDN is very slow. I'm afraid we can't advise anything else than keep trying. What is your usual connection speed?

Glad to hear you got it working! Please let us know if you still have any issues.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience! Does it happen all the time for you?

Hi, sorry for the issues you've been having with our dedicated servers! We've managed to pinpoint the issue and it should be fixed in the next update.

Hi and welcome to the Ylands community!

Hi, are you still connecting from Russia? The CDN we've been using has some problems with some Russian locations. If you, however, let it wait for a bit, it should automatically fallback to our own servers and download the game from there. How long does it hang at 0 % for you?

Hi, can you describe precisely what you run and when? Also could you send us your logs from both Server Monitor and Ylands (both can be found in your Ylands installation dir - ServerMonitor_Data\output_log.txt and Ylands_Data\output_log.txt)? That'd help us a lot. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the troubles! So, you played the previous version just fine and it stopped working after this update?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. We managed to pinpoint the issue and it should be resolved in the upcoming update.

Hi, I'm sorry for the troubles you're having. If the download moves, that means it is downloading, although very slowly. What internet connection do you use? Can you please run e.g. this test http://www.speedtest.net/ and tell us the results? If it turns out your connection is fine, then the problem is probably lying somewhere between your place and our servers, which we'd then investigate further.
Thanks!
