Ladders

Hey guys, just a quick message. Keep up all the great work so far, really enjoying the game. 
I was just wondering if in the future you could add a function where ladders could be free placed.
I'm building some fire trucks and station and would love to be able to place them where I please. And maybe even add a hose function made out of rubber slabs?

Anyone know how to do the lights better? I'm trying to get a couple of lights like they have on Fire Trucks and police cars?

what would be cool if if you could extend ladders, like for example making a access shaft longer then one ladder. only way to make it work now, is make small floors with another ladder.
