I was instructed by a developer (Mailuki) to post my DxDiag report here. I'm having an issue with my screen being blacked out on start up. Eventually I can get to the game menu and change the Resolution Scale from 1 to 0.9 and the game seems to work ok. Once I closed out the game, I successfully started it back up and reset the Resolution Scale back to 1 and it worked fine for a while. Now the screen is black again and after waiting 20 seconds or so a "Fatal Login Error" message pops up and reads "User/GetUserInfo: Code: -1 API Code: Message Request Timeout".
Also, I have problems with my view point rotating under my character and looking straight up. This seems to only happen when I try to hook up my PS4 controller, otherwise it works well without a controller. Is there a preferred controller that this game currently works with?
