Character missing from last save.

Character went missing from another island when we log off. Game made a new empty character back on starter island , happened to friend in multiplayer too.  Lost entire character items...   Its a multiplayer game with no shared.

So you travelled to a new yland and you lost your character? Or do you mean that you started a new game?

Please send us the following files: output_log and output_log_clean, you can find them in the directory \Program Files(86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ylands\Ylands_Data
