Yall ruined the shovel

so the shovel only works on things that YOU place... which means id have to dig out an entire hill and rebuild half of it to flatten it... ive been playing this game since it came out and i took a break and came back to find the shovel totally changed and TERRIBLE now, it takes FOREVER to build ANY sort of flat area near a mountain... please look into fixing this, you guys have mad a GREAT game and i love it, thank

The shovel  only  flattens  dirt / sand ...not  areas containing stone/marble.  You need to  use the spade or a pick   to dig  stone and marble.

It looks like you are on a   stone  area  where you are digging...?

ah....... so it used to do everything.... which was great but now i guess it only does dirt and sand... thx for helping, still wish they made it do everything
