I have a two-piece joystick (X-55) connected to my PC. The game is using the option "autodetection" in the Controls menu to pick the input type. The setting cannot be changed. I can set it to mouse & keyboard 100 times and it still resets to the "autodetection" option. However the autodetection always uses my X-55 to control the game instead of mouse & keyboard.
- X-55 is a flight sim controller. I don't want to use that to play Ylands. I also don't want to disconnect the controller every time I try to play Ylands.
- Autodetection is broken, since it shouldn't pick flight sim controllers.
- Controls menu is broken, since it ignores me changing the "autodetection" option to "mouse & keyboard"
I wanted to give this game another chance after a few months, sice after exploring most of the island types and caves, there was not much else to do. But the FIRST thing I'm greeted with is a combination of bugs that makes me run in circles forever, that should have never been released. No thanks.
