bring back armor and weapon skins, or costumes slots

so i really liked the option of different skins on my equipment and it was a shame it was removed. a good alternative would be wearing another armor or clothing as costumes the do not affect your stats, just your look (kind of like terraria)

You can now find these skins as their own items in Random Encounters in Exploration and you can still use them in the Editor too ?
