Cant Publish and play games.

In the game editor I hit the Publish game - publish game pc only - export and publish it just spins the rock things and gives the error code

I get the error:  Backload request error [-100001]

I can export the game but then I wont be able to save anything

I cant find anything on this error 

I cant play any game I make in the editor

I can play on other servers and the downloadable games.
