Lost progress/ duped on update shortly ago

around 5 a.m. PCT there was a server shut down and I was kicked from my game.  When I continued my progress on 1.5 at 6 a.m. my progress was set back about an hours worth of play time but the weird thing is that my map stayed the same for where I had just explored.  Even though my ship hadn't existed yet at that save time.  Doesn't bother me too much but it was a bug so yeah. 

When I went back to the area I had explored, everything was depleted as if I had already done it.  But my inventory and character were set back.  Ship vanished too.
