Ship and player equipment reversing to earlier "version"

I have a problem with Experimental Exploration. Today, I went for the first time to Taiga&Tundra map, got some stuff, hunted some animals, bought things from traders etc, but when I got back to my "home" map everything from that journey went missing, with a good portion of other stuff earned today.

For example, when I was leaving T&T map, I was in Bear Hide Armor, full set, but when I arrived at my own base, I was back in zirco, even when it should be in a chest on my ship. My friend also told me he had sth similar yesterday. Is that a bug? And if it is, is there a fix or a way not to lose stuff?

Everything simply went back around 3 hours.
