Any plans to have more islands in a game

I purchased ylands the day it was revealed at E3 and me and a group of friends played it so much. After building our big ship we sailed around the map and were dissapointed to find that there were only 8 islands in the game. Are there plans to have unlimited islands or at least give the host of the game an option to have more islands like 20 per game?
