It should be talked to the community since all the negative reviews Ive seen on Steam are because of this, and since this game came at a bad time after EA Microtransactions, The CS should be looked at again and modify somethings like Skins for bricks, make those craftable instead. Just replace it with another item. On a normal CS that aint P2W you have Costumes, Mounts, Toys, Pets and Decorations for houses.
Make the community understand that CS are something that even P2P B2P and F2P games have like FFXIV, GW2, WildStar, WoW

Confusing crafting menu (simplify it)
UI bit clunky (make it easy liky Elvui)
Building mode is awkward (make it easy like WildStar)
More Character Customization options more faces, hair, even features like tattos or scars etc...
