Armour/weapon values

Hi all

I'm just trying to find any information on what damage the different weapons do and what damage different armours take.

I.e. is there any point at the moment in building iron armour over crab or building an iron crossbow over wood.

I'm in the process of gathering this very information. I've done the ranged weapons and the iron crossbow is definitely better. Here's the discussion. 

 

And Vforventura has looked at both melee and ranged weaponry here
