Hi AnnaBean I sent the support request and got a ticket December 29.. On January 7. I got a response and by January 9. my account had the original character name and a bit more coins than I have lost - nice. My sharegames are lost, but I still have my local games though the character is new (with the old name), and the old character are sitting idle in the house!?! I think Support will do the same for you. But there might be quite a queue of similar cases. Regards, Imadana

Hello Adam Now that we are a lot of players with the same linking problem, BI should disable the linking feature until it doesn't erase the Steam account properties or at least warn players, that they might loose what they have on their Steam account. I sent a support request (to support@bistudio.com) dec. 26 and haven't received an answer yet. This linking issue is NOT a feature, it is a BUG ?

There are many players with this linking issue. Having lost characters, items, games and coins. I have submitted a support request at support@bistudio.com because the form on the web page does not work on PC either. I haven't heard from support yet. But if they don't come up with a solution soon they will be flooded with support request on the issue, I believe.

Hi there Same thing did happen to me to day. I bought Ylands a year ago and have been playing over 100 hours. When the mobile version came out, I created a Bohemia account and started playing on the phone. To day I played the PC version and thought it would be smart linking that version with the Bohemia account and have med same character and sharegames on the phone and PC. Bad idea. My account on Steam disappeared together with over 9000 coins, a lot of stuff and my games :-(((( Both the Steam account and the Bohemia account is link with the same email account. I also have a synchronization error. The error message is different, but the problem with me, the owner only being able to open and play the game, when my friend is hosting it, is the same. Error message: Sharegame synchronization failed - Backend request error (400). Any suggestions? Thx. :-) output_log.txt output_log_clean.txt
