A refresher on how and where to access those? Its been a while since I have done so. There may be a fair amount of whiskey to add to the confusion.

At the moment the ground above and around caves is invisible to sunlight. Light shines in and lights up the cave, you see the shadows of any creature on the ground above. I may be mistaken but I thing this happened before after an update.

Single player. I do not have any weather effects. When I sleep for the night I hear patchy audio of weather such as rain but do not experience any weather at all. I have tried this on three different games, and it is the same for all of them. The weather sounds start, are cut off quite quickly and then just another sunny day.
