    It was the latest Steam version when I posted but I see the new Steam Release Candidate has just been released so hopefully this fixes it. It was either die of starvation or use the /killme command as /unstuck wasn’t working. Either way I think I would have lost my gear as I wasn’t “falling” anymore.

    I think it had to do with you riding the horse when you fell through it, I believe that scenario should now be fixed too.

    It was strange because eventually we stopped falling and were just standing there, the horse was even going through idle grazing animations. In all honesty it happened so quick that I couldn't tell if it was because I hit an object or a particular part of the terrain. Unfortunately there is no gravestone marker to show me where I died. I managed to use the /killme command to respawn but lost all of my gear. My other horse isn't reacting to my summons anymore either :( 

    Did you at least manage to keep all your items in your inventory?

    Edit: oops, I just read you lost all your gear :/ And you're playing the latest version on Steam, right?


  5. Hi there!

    A few questions to try to solve the issue:

    * Do you start the game with the gamepad already unplugged? Unplugging it later may not do the trick
    * Please make sure that in controls panel the control scheme is set to keyboard and not autodetection
    * Do you have installed something like VJoy? If so, you might have to uninstall it

    • We tried to fix the falling through the terrain issue in general, but since there are problems reproducing the bug we are not sure if it is fixed in all cases, so:
      • If you die while you are falling to eternity you will keep all your items from the inventory/equipment on your new character
      • To make eternity shorter you will die from freezing sooner

    Agree with above, it seems like the animals are more and more in controle with a "fresh spawned" Yland, it took me a long time to clear the MP explore spawns from wolfs and bears (even bears came in a pack of 4).

    There shouldn't be any aggresive animals at the spawn area actually :) It will be fixed.

    Edit: none of the engines power anything at all it seems.

    Unfortunately we've been unable to reproduce these issues :( Any more info you could provide? For example, were you editing scenarios or editing save games in the Editor, or were you painting in game with the paint gun? Details like that.
