I think that starting a new game would have fixed this, but I didn't try. Instead, I loaded the game I had started during the 60min time trial. I have the same issue I died, the game stuck on loading, I ended doing "End task' in my resource monitor after 15 minutes. I restart game, I'm dead still, and the loading resumes. Again it takes over 10 minutes, I restart the game, this time my new character loads naked, but I cannot use items that open in the UI like the map, or open containers.
