They spam the multiplayer lobby too. Devs could fix that by making numbers and special characters sort to the bottom. I got an invitation from the ylands discord. I had a bit of a laugh. Join P1? lol

@Murcin the map you have might be corrupted? I have quite a few old maps. They work, but are limited by the new rules. For example: only 6 maps will show up, no matter how many are on the original file. And they are still in view. No navigation birds. No sharks. BUT the islands still have the jagged cliffs, and the old style caves.

@Aleš Ulm I have been playing around on an old map. It has the old style islands and the old style caves. Are you open to going back to those?

They have changed the export local, it's now in the dropdown list of export options in the menu options. Menu/ publish games/ local export. The save option is called world saving, it's located in the gear icon, game settings, look for world saving. It's default state is off. In this menu you can also turn off hunger, storms and day length. I tend to just make day and night options in the game. Usually we make guns with scripting. It's really helpful when building to be able to see day / night as you are building. Hope this helps.

i will try to screencap it for you. its in a weird place. i might have the text wrong on /exportlocal hit enter to get to console commands /cmdlist gives you options its possible /exportlocal has been changed. i havent used it in this update. i will try to remember to check into this next time i am in game.

There is a setting when you make a game. The default is to NOT allow saving. You have to change that. /exportlocal is the command to get the export. They changed a bunch of this stuff, so don't feel like it's you. Monetization made some things impossible.

@Adam Snellgrove we heard back from nitrado. because BI requested no ftp upload, we can not retrieve our files. so we cant capture builds or do terrain maintenence etc. this is a problem.

It's been a while since I used Nitrado. And with the changes to Ylands, it just doesn't function in the same way. Problem 1 (of probably many to come) I can't seem to upload. Please don't tell me this is a nitrado problem, not a BI problem. I want to upload an explore map, but it's had some scripting to add things I want for my players. The file functions. But it is an exploration map, not a scenario map. Nitrado will only let me upload a scenario. Is there a way I am not seeing to export this exploration map as a scenario? @Houp @Adam Snellgrove Ylands claims to be a game builder. You can make any game you want. Unless that game is exploration. Then things get weird and funky.

How do we get rid of the HUD stuff. It used to be the ~ but that doesn't work now?

I think that is correct. They can only be shared game. unless you can do /createssave -

@Adam Snellgrove can you ask the programmers how we generate the scenario numbers? Also, how to upload them to the workshop? I am thinking these are the base issues here.

Ok, we were able to find the upload option, but can't seem to upload. I can find the file in my scenarios but it doesn't seem to upload. @MyPa553ng3r is having the same issue, so it's not just me.

I was able to launch it under ID with the 2089 that nitrado had as default. I was able to find it in the MP Lobby and get into it. But how do we upload our own stuff? There is still no upload button. I thought maybe it needs to be uploaded to the workshop and that would create the scenario id number? But I could not find anywhere on the workshop to upload anything. So I'm still stuck. 10 months and 2 weeks. Still waiting for Nitrado to work.
