    I'm with @RedEagle_MGN, I love the game and have 705 hours logged since christmas, I can't wait to see what else is in store but it'll be better to stay in early access longer than needed so when leaving it gets the best reception it can

    you may also have it on your profile and it may be "unpublished" so only visible to you

    when viewing the your comp in the workshop, next to "edit" is "delete" where you can delete it. you should see your comps when you check "your creations" under your profile

    Ah @bb cakes the game may have won this battle but i will win the war! I've already started work on additional things for it and this is about 15% of what i have planned. It killed the server but that isn't going to stop me

    if they eat enough they start growing a horn. if you keep feeding them magic blossom they turn into a unicorn

    Ylands workshop

    I think a good addition would be a comments section for creations, to display who has rated and make a reason compulsory when rating a comp/game and for creators to see the total number of downloads for their creation. A comments section really is needed since if an update breaks a scenario, its hard to know if someone doesn't tell you!
  9. Hey everyone! So a few of you might have seen my posts in the past about a map i've been working on... I've spent a month altogether working on a custom map for my server i plan to keep expanding and adding to over time and V1.0 is finally done! just putting a couple of finishing touches on it! At the moment there are 23 individually programmed vendors, refreshing daily (game day) to offer every (useful) item for sale! I have a lot of plans for what i want to add from quests and arenas to cities and (indestructible) apartments! Why not come on over and visit or maybe stay a while and build a home? 12pm GMT the 24/7 Dedicated server (running on a dedicated machine, not VPS or a hosting service) will launch!     Caves seem to act like their own biome. i've found them in various biomes and varying depths with different resources.

    if you generate a map in editor then the simple answer is no it won't. if using explore then it will
  13. on the positive side, it recharges the large packs these days!
  14. yeah as spark plug said, it used to. i had a ship with a silly number of ylandium engines on (why not?) with a charging station. it worked a treat but i tested it on and near the cars and boats and it no longer works. this was the closest i got to it recharging nearby items and i'm not sure it would be of much use to anyone:
  15. Well, the answer to your original question is no, the charging station won't work how you wanted it to...
  16. thats what i'm testing now. it used to power engines that were beside it but that could have been because it was connected in a certain way (the engines and charger were on a boat and next to each other) either way i'm testing how they act now so i'll let you know

    The game is focused on low poly details and texturing, they might add more variety in the future but in general, the low poly textures and detail enables player to build bigger structures and things. its a lot less work to run low poly, low resolution entites compared with higher detailed versions. small additions in detail can make a huge difference in performance

    no, in explore it seems like it spawns some of the basics but in general everything is biome specific. me and a friend did some research (not sure of his forum username): Arid: Sulphur Saltpeter Flint Copper Sandstone Temperate: Coal Iron Flint Clay Saltpeter Taiga and tundra: Iron Copper Coal Clay Flint Snow Ice Polar desert: Snow (shocking, i know) Tropical: Flint Coal Iron Clay Saltpeter This link has the biomes with the flora and fauna in each: https://ylands.gamepedia.com/Category:Biotopes

    Modding support

    As far as i'm aware they want modding support in the future but i think its post release, not while it's alpha. (though i could be wrong)

  22. @Hattrixit does recharge engines and the sphere isn't very big really I tried it out and i think it managed to fill them up about 10-12 squares/blocks away

    Thanks guys All i've been trying to do since getting this game is create either scenarios or server people can enjoy and having spent so long on this particular map, it's nice to know some likes it. That's why i do it!
