On our DS this issue seems to only apply to me (4 person server through g-portal). There is a specific area (it appears to be a straight line that extends out horizontally from my position in the video and I don't know how far it extends) near/in my barrier that will always cause me to disconnect and causes the HOST UNREACHABLE screen.
